Jock and Alison McGregor
have worked at the Rochester L'Abri for the past 10 years. They met at Swiss L'Abri in the early 80's when Jock was on staff there. They also worked for ten years with L'Abri in England. Jock, who grew up in Africa, has a B.Sc undergraduate degree and a M.Div. from Regent College in Vancouver, Canada. Jock has lectured widely on many topics that bear on the relationship between Christianity and contemporary culture. Alison, who is Australian, worked in computing for 3M Australia before joining Jock in the ministry of L'Abri.

B.J. and Jessica Roland
began working at the Rochester L’Abri in May, 2011. Previously they had accumulated a couple of years experience as helpers (volunteers) at the English L’Abri and at Rochester L’Abri. B.J., from Iowa, has worked with various youth and music ministries. He holds degrees in Business and Bible from Grace University in Omaha, NE and an M.Div. from Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis, MO. Jessica, from Rochester, obtained a BA in Biology from Covenant College in Chattanooga, TN. She worked in medical labs at the Mayo Clinic for several years. Their children, Matthew (June 2008) and Henry (March 2010), are at the moment primarily interested in wooden trains and climbing. The Roland family is expecting a little girl in Oct. 2011.
