How to Get to Brazilian L’Abri
By Plane
The closest Airport of the Brazilian L’Abri is the Confins International Airport (CNF). From there, take the Airport Connection to its last stop at Alvares Cabral Avenue, at Belo Horizonte. Then go down one block to the Afonso Pena Avenue, where is the bus stop for the line 3915 (destination: Macacos).

When you arrive at the “Sitio Bar”, get off the bus and go down a dirt steep road surrounded by beautiful trees and mountains. After 1,4 km down this road, you’ll see a restaurant named Rancho do Tropeiro. 100m after it, turn to your right on the Grota Fria Street and walk 400 m ahead where on your right is the L’Abri Cottage.
By Bus:
Once in Brazil, take a Bus to the city of Belo Horizonte. From the Belo Horizonte main Bus Station, walk up about 200m on the Afonso Pena Avenue till it crosses the São Paulo’s Street. After this crossing is the bus stop for the 3915 line (destination: Macacos). After taking the bus, follow the directions above.

De Avião
Desde o Aeroporto Internacional de Confins, pegue a Conexão Aeroporto até sua parada final na Avenida Álvares Cabral. Dali desça um quarteirão até a Avenida Afonso Pena e vá ao ponto de ônibus da linha 3915 (BH-Macacos).
Os horários da linha 3915 são: Segunda a Sexta: 05:10 - 07:10 - 10:10 -12:50 - 15:10 - 17:30 - 20:00 - 22:40 / Sábados: 05:20 - :10 - 09:40 / 12:00 – 14:20 - 17:00 -19:30 - 22:30 Domingos e Feriados: 06:30 - 09:00 - 11:00 - 14:00 - 17:00 - 19:00
Quando chegar à vila de Macacos (São Sebastião das Águas Claras) pare no ponto em frente ao Sítio Bar. Dali desça a rua à esquerda em direção à Cachoeira. Quando descer pelo menos 1,5 km nesta rua cercada de árvores e montanhas, você passará pelo Rancho do Tropeiro. Após o Rancho haverá uma bifurcação. Pegue a rua à direita (Rua Grota Fria). Ande mais 400 m e você verá à direita uma casa azul e o Sítio do L’Abri logo à esquerda desta (Ver mapa).
De Ônibus:
Quando chegar à Rodoviária de BH, suba a Avenida Afonso Pena até cruzar a Rua Tupinambás. Após este cruzamento (a direita) haverá o ponto de ônibus da linha 3915 (BH-Macacos). Os horários e rota a partir daí estão descritos acima.
